Allison began teaching yoga in 2008, after completing Bhakti Flow Teacher Training with Rusty Wells. Through the years, she has studied and practiced various yoga styles to infuse her classes into a heartfelt and dynamic flow. Her classes are strong, steady and inspirational with attention to breath, alignment and meditation.
Allison is also a certified holistic nutritionist and wellness consultant who empowers individuals to heal their bodies and lead vibrant, soulful lives. Her work has been published in MindBodyGreen and One Medical Group.
