Welcome to Flow Studios. Inside our beautiful studios, you'll find a place for movement and balance. You'll also meet wonderful instructors who will guide and inspire your yoga and pilates practice.

Our classes follow this basic weekly schedule, but are subject to change. To find the class that's right for you, please review our class descriptions and the current class schedule below.

Please Note: Classes at Flow Studios are limited to 12-15 students. We believe in keeping classes small in order to give you the personal attention you deserve.

** The Core Pilates Class Series runs on Wednesdays and is not included in membership.  Class size is limited to 6 students. This class series is currently on hold. Please ask front desk staff for more information.

*** The Chi Gung Class Series runs on Sundays from July 11th through August 15 th, and is not included in membership.  Please ask front desk staff for more information.
