Welcome to Flow Studios. Inside our beautiful studios, you'll find a place for movement and balance. You'll also meet wonderful instructors who will guide and inspire your yoga and pilates practice.
Our classes follow a basic weekly schedule and are subject to change. To find the class that's right for you, please review our class descriptions and the current class schedule below. Please Note: Classes at Flow Studios are limited to 12-15 students. We believe in keeping classes small in order to give you the personal attention you deserve.
* Boot Camp, Cardio Core and Tone & Sculpt Classes require purchase of a Pacific Heights Health Club day pass. Please ask front desk staff for more information.
