Refresh mind, body and spirit with soothing, energizing chi gung practice.
Chi Gung (or Qigong) literally translated means breath work or energy work. It is an
umbrella term for a host of ancient movement and meditative practices with roots in
Chinese medicine, martial arts and Eastern philosophy.
In this class, we will learn simple, soothing movement and stillness practices that
reconnect us with the healing life force that is all around us and within us. By focusing
kind, non-judging attention on our moment-to-moment experience of body and mind,
we will balance our internal energy flow, gently mobilize and release all the major joints
and muscles, and ease into a place of inner serenity and peace.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and is excellent training for the adept athlete
as well as those who are healing from illness or injury.

Kickin' Butt Workshop
with Steve Grubbs, Certified Personal Trainer
Steve's workshop will be a mix of various martial arts, including boxing, muay thai, wrestling and jiu jitsu.
By the end of this workshop, in addition to basic instruction, you'll have also learned conditioning drills designed to give you a great workout as well as teach fighting techniques.
Once the basics are down, the various arts will be combined for the ultimate fighting technique as well as the most dynamic workout there is out there.
