Neal Pressman, CMT
tel: 970.948.4910
email: neal@flow-sf.com

From the Remede Spa at the St. Regis in Aspen, Colorado, Neal has been a practicing Massage Therapist since graduating from the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 1994. Working both abroad and here in the US, he generally gravitates towards sports-rich environments. Over the past 6 years, he has been studying Myofascial Release and has found that these techniques, when mixed with Deep Tissue Massage, are incredibly effective at resolving poor postural habits and improving function through the release of connective tissue restrictions. The results are profound and longer lasting than traditional Deep Tissue Massage. These techniques can help with a wide range of issues including: plantar fasciitis, migraines, TMJ problems, neck pain caused by forward head posture and low back pain.

In Neal's own words, "It is my goal to increase range of motion, improve musculoskeletal balance, facilitate overall function, and reduce pain with activity."
