Allison Erickson, Pilates InstructorAllison Erickson is a certified Pilates instructor. She received her training from Integrated Teacher Training or ITT Pilates. Her background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University and hands-on experience at sports medicine clinics.
Allison's passion for life and human movement includes expanding her understanding of the body’s fundamental strength and its dependence upon the core connection and overall wellness. In working with clients, she focuses on encouraging body connection, bringing inner and outer awareness to the individual and creating dynamic, fluid movements. She believes Pilates can be a transformative experience; a practice that enhances the quality of life as it creates a physical awareness that translates from the studio to daily experience.
Allison has developed a unique teaching methodology that incorporates her experience with integrated mat work, comprehensive apparatus work, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and pre- and post-natal sessions. She knows how to relate to her clients and respond to their individual needs, and she believes in exploring the root of physical restrictions in order to increase mobility and range of motion and to develop new self-awareness by including continual expansion of her wisdom to better guide and instruct her clients. Althea Hondrogen, Pilates InstructorAlthea has worked in the health and fitness industry since 1990. She is certified by PhysicalMind Institute as a pilates instructor and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a personal trainer. Her knowledge, energy and contagious enthusiasm make her one of the most popular instructors and personal trainers.
Althea has extensive experience in physical rehabilitation, and truly looks forward to seeing her clients fully recover from past injuries and then achieve higher levels of fitness. "By focusing on how the body and mind function as an integrated unit, we can strengthen postural weaknesses and restore functional movement. My motto: Stay flexible.”
Angeles Rios, Pilates InstructorAngeles focuses on improving movement and breathing patterns, while strengthening and stretching the whole body with control. She tailors each program to her student's goals, needs, commitment and conditioning levels in a compassionate yet rigorous and challenging environment.
Educated and interested in evidence based research on improving biomechanics, athletic performance and therapeutic outcomes, she supports her clients as they achieve their full potential. She enjoys developing creative solutions for her clients which flow directly from her scientific background and love of teaching.
Angeles notes, "My experience with personal injuries and volunteering in physical rehabilitation clinics with patients recovering from back injuries to strokes and cancer, has made me a compassionate teacher for working with all movement abilities. When I am not teaching, I love to spend time on foodie adventures, cycling, hiking, meditation, and swimming."

Kristin Neidlinger, Pilates InstructorKristin Neidlinger is a Pilates-based rehabilitation and a CMT [certified massage technician] somatic educator.
As a spinal specialist with more than 10 years of experience, she has worked in conjunction with numerous doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors. From 2005-2007, she worked at one of San Francisco’s premiere Pilates studios in St. Francis Hospital as a Dance Medicine Specialist. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor (CPI), Certified in Rehabilitation and Osteoporosis Pilates, Certified Massage Therapist and Somatic Educator (CMT-SE) 04, and holds a BFA in Kinetic Design and MFA in Interactive Design focusing on therapeutic bio-media.
Kristin is a classically trained ballerina, circus artist, and a student of chi and energy techniques. She discovered Pilates through dance injury rehabilitation and subsequently converted to the mind-body integration philosophies of Pilates. She weaves Eastern, Western, and Alternative philosophies into her technique. As an instructor, she encourages the exploration of the universe within.
Solara Jean, Pilates InstructorSolara has had a lifelong passion for the body and movement. As a gymnast and dancer, she was introduced to the Pilates Method at age 17 after reconstructive knee surgery. She continued to study and benefit from Pilates at the California Institute of the Arts where she received a BFA in Dance in 1995. She was certified with the Physical Mind Institute with Madeline Black in 1995.
Solara enjoys teaching Pilates to people of all ages and fitness levels including rehabilitation. She has also taught classes at CPMC and the Mt. Zion Cancer Resource Center. With an attitude of compassionate understanding of individual bodies' needs cultivated through her own personal healing process, Solara's approach is gentle and restorative, and will challenge you in a supportive way. She loves the power that Pilates has to build awareness and confidence in the body's innate wisdom as well as strength and flexibility and balance.
