Randall is a lifelong athlete: 12 years as a soccer goalie, mountain biking, tennis, surfing, kayaking, running, spear-fishing and free-diving, single-man outrigger canoeing, resistance training, as well an ongoing yoga inspired flexibility routine.

His goal has been focused upon helping individuals achieve their goals by improving how they experience the world through the efficient and appropriate use of their bodies.

As an Certified Advanced Practitioner of Structural Integration, Randall offers the Original 10 Series, as well as Post-10 advanced connective tissue release techniques, which re-establish functional balance throughout the entire human organism so that it operates in the most graceful and efficient manner possible.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, if it is a specific injury you are suffering from, he will pinpoint the aggravated tissue utilizing orthopedic assessments and perform orthopedic massage to address the underlying soft tissue trauma.
