Claire Shaffer is certified in the Ashtanga and Hatha yoga traditions, and specializes in pre- and post-natal yoga where she encourages women to explore the intersection between healthcare and feminism.

Claire feels most passionate about her work as a certified Purusha yoga therapist, where she helps clients discover the ability to identify and embark upon their life's true path. Using the tools and practices of classic Yoga, Claire empowers people to discard old patterns and create lasting change. She encourages her clients to step off the treadmill of routine, reconnect with their truest selves and to begin living in a way that reflects their values, dreams and spirit.
